These terms apply when you use DTK. The publisher is Brian Tur, a natural person. Contact details are on the legal notice.
The tools are free and there is no account. Each tool handles what you type in the page. The publisher does not keep a copy of that text. The site stores your theme, favorites and cookie choice on this device. A visit counter and ads load only if you accept them, as described in the privacy policy.
You choose what you paste. Do not put secrets in a share link: anyone who has the link can read it. A decoded JWT is not a verified signature. Results are a convenience, not a guarantee that the output is correct or safe to publish.
The site is provided as it is, without a warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for damage that comes from using the site or from relying on a result.
Advertising and a visit counter may run if you accept them. Refusing them does not block the tools. You can change that choice on the privacy policy page.
The site, its name and its presentation belong to Brian Tur. Using a tool does not give you any right over someone else's data that you process with it.
These terms are governed by French law. If one clause cannot be applied, the others stay in force.
